? Job Summary

We are looking for a highly driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to own end-to-end hiring for our operations function. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in hiring field and operations talent, an established network across the industry, robust relationships with colleges, institutes, and staffing partners to build a continuous talent pipeline. They should be skilled in volume hiring, market mapping, workforce planning, employer branding within the operations ecosystem,



and improving joining-to-retention ratios while partnering closely with business leaders to meet aggressive hiring targets.

? What You Will Do

Own the complete hiring lifecycle for all Operations and Field workforce requirements across locations, ensuring timely closures without compromising quality.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through industry networks, referrals, ITIs, polytechnic colleges, vocational institutes, staffing partners, local communities, and innovative sourcing channels.
Develop long-term hiring partnerships with educational institutions and training organizations to create a continuous talent supply.
Conduct market mapping, competitor benchmarking, and talent intelligence to identify the best sourcing strategies for operational roles.
Drive hiring campaigns, walk-in drives, campus recruitment, referral programs, and local hiring initiatives to improve hiring efficiency.
