We are seeking an experienced Product Engineer with robust Python expertise to build, operate, and continuously improve reliable, scalable SaaS products. This role combines backend development with production engineering, incident management, platform reliability, and engineering ownership.

Job Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python and Flask.
Debug and resolve production issues across applications,



databases, infrastructure, APIs, and third-party integrations under time-sensitive situations.
Optimize database performance through query tuning, index design, replication diagnostics, lock contention analysis, deadlock resolution, and performance troubleshooting.
Diagnose system and infrastructure issues involving memory, CPU, disk I/O, networking, and AWS environments.
Perform production diagnostics using logs (CloudWatch, ELK, Datadog, grep/awk), metrics, dashboards, and structured Root Cause Analysis (RCA) with detailed postmortems.
Own production incidents by assessing severity (P1/P2/P3), driving mitigation through rollbacks, feature flags, or hotfixes, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and participating in on-call rotations.
Troubleshoot multi-tenant SaaS issues by identifying tenant-specific versus platform-wide problems while improving scalability and reliability.
