About The Role

We are hiring a detail-oriented lead to manage burn, payroll, and daily financial operations. This includes managing high-level burn reports for management and handling the day-to-day logistics of salaries, reimbursements, and monthly vendor bills. You will be responsible for ensuring all bills are paid on time, and our financial records are perfectly organized.

What You'll Do

Track monthly spending and provide clear reports.
Ensure all employees and contractors are paid accurately and on time.
Process staff expenses and claims quickly and accurately.
Manage and pay all monthly utility, software, and vendor bills.
Maintain clean digital and physical records of all invoices, receipts, and tax filings.
Come up with unconventional but workable ideas to reduce unnecessary costs and optimize our burn.

You catch tiny errors in invoices and spreadsheets that others miss.
You keep financial documents structured so any record can be found in seconds.
You handle sensitive salary and company data with total discretion.
You don't wait for a final notice to pay a bill; you manage the calendar ahead of time.
You have experience managing finances for a fast-moving company or startup.

Availability:
Work Type: Full time - 6 days per week in-office
Work Location: New Delhi, India
Prior startup experience is highly valued.
Compensation Range: Competitive and market-aligned. The final package depends on skills, experience, and abilities – not your degree.
