Key Accountabilities
Own end-to-end engineering leadership for Loyalty and Rewards SaaS products, including architecture, delivery, quality, reliability, and scalability.
Define and drive the engineering strategy and execution roadmap aligned with product vision, business goals, and customer commitments.
Lead and scale multiple engineering teams.
Establish and evolve the technical architecture using the MERN stack, ensuring long-term scalability, performance, and maintainability.
Oversee cloud-native deployments on AWS, ensuring high availability, security, and cost efficiency.
Partner closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success leaders to align engineering execution with market and customer needs.
Drive engineering excellence through strong SDLC practices, code quality standards, automated testing, CI/CD, and DevOps maturity.
Own delivery predictability and release governance across multiple product streams.
Ensure operational excellence through monitoring, incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.




Set and track engineering KPIs related to delivery velocity, quality, uptime, and team health.
Build a solid leadership bench by mentoring Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, and Architects.
Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.
Lead technical decision-making during scale challenges, customer escalations, and critical incidents.
Identify technology and delivery risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies.
Stay current with industry trends relevant to SaaS, cloud platforms, and digital loyalty ecosystems.

Mandatory Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
15+ years of experience in software engineering, with 5+ years in senior engineering leadership roles (Head of Engineering, Director of Engineering, or equivalent).
Proven experience leading large product engineering organizations delivering B2B or B2C SaaS platforms.
