Portfolio Management
Own the growth agenda of portfolio companies.



Go beyond oversight and get into the work, providing strategic direction and operational guidance that meaningfully moves the needle.
Be the kind of leader founders call when things get hard. Showing up with clarity, steadiness, and real answers in high-pressure moments is a core part of this role, not an exception to it.
Use technology and AI-powered tools to monitor portfolio performance at scale, identify risks early, and surface opportunities before they become obvious to everyone else.

Investment Execution:
Lead the sourcing, evaluation, and execution of current investments across AI-native businesses, deep tech, and high-conviction sector themes aligned with Artha Group's strategy.
Own the deal timeline. Drive the investment process forward with urgency, clear out bottlenecks, coordinate across all stakeholders, and ensure every deal closes within the firm's defined timelines. Delays are not ac
