We are inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager , Record to Report

You will work with customers/client in day to day operations and work on the preparation of financials statements and notes to accounts as per International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)

Your role will function as an overlay of existing domain experts and bring value through current thoughts/ways of doing work which can lead to operational efficiency

Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to month end closing activities.




Manage the delivery of R2R processes including- Journal entries, Reconciliations, Month-end activities, Fixed assets, Intercompany and Reporting
Ensure adherence and meeting the KPIs / SLA and review the timely execution of controls
Review and approve work prepared by team members ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Act as a point of contact for client finance teams and internal stakeholders.
Manage escalations, provide timely resolutions, and ensure high client satisfaction
Provide objective feedback related to team development and training needs
Drive process improvements, standardization, policy and internal controls compliance
Performing deliverables aligned on forecast reporting.
Explaining the causes of different cost heads of the various functions and assisting in communicating these to the Onshore partners.

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications

Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (B.Com/M.Com/MBA). CA
