Designation- Manager Finance

Finance Manager with 3–5 years of experience, including at least 2 years in a lending NBFC or Housing Finance Company (HFC).

Role Summary
Own and build the finance, accounting, regulatory reporting, and control framework for a lending NBFC from the ground up. This role will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance,



portfolio provisioning, treasury management, and seamless reconciliation between lending operations and accounting systems.

Key Result Areas (KRAs)
1. NBFC Accounting & Financial Controls
Design and implement an NBFC-specific Chart of Accounts (CoA) in Tally, Zoho Books, SAP, or equivalent ERP.
Establish accounting processes for loan disbursements, collections, accruals, provisioning, write-offs, and treasury transactions.
Ensure accurate month-end and year-end financial closure with zero material accounting exceptions.
2. Loan Portfolio Reconciliation
Own end-to-end daily reconciliation between the Loan Management System (LMS), bank accounts, payment gateways, and accounting books.
Ensure 100% reconciliation of disbursements, repayments, reversals, and settlements within defined TATs.
Build controls and dashboards to proactively identify and resolve discrepancies.
