Role Overview:
The Promoter Program Manager will drive promoter-led sales and productivity. This role oversees promoter performance, ensuring high contribution and implementing strategies to boost sell-out. Responsible for the operational execution of the promoter program, the manager will focus on agency management, budgeting, and process optimization to improve efficiencies and maintain ROI.

Key Responsibilities:
Promoter Performance Management: Monitor and enhance the productivity of promoters through data-driven insights and training interventions.
Sales Target Achievement: Drive sell-out across promoter outlets, ensuring achievement of category-wise sales goals, with a focus on high-end models.
Agency & Vendor Management: Oversee hiring, assessment, and performance tracking of promoters through partner agencies.
Budgeting & ROI Analysis: Manage promoter program budgets, optimize expenses, and track ROI to maximize cost efficiency.
Process Implementation & Automation: Develop and refine SOPs to enhance operational effectiveness, eliminate manual processes, and ensure compliance.




Data & Compliance Management: Ensure accuracy in promoter database maintenance and adherence to company policies.
Performance Monitoring & Audits: Conduct regular audits, field visits, and quality checks to ensure smooth execution of the program.
Collaboration with Sales and Marketing Teams: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align promoter activities
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales, HR, and finance teams to align program objectives with business goals.

Key Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in retail sales/operations/process management and manpower management.
Solid project management, problem-solving, and data analytics skills.
Expertise in budgeting, compliance tracking, and promoter program execution.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and process auto
