Job Purpose:
As a senior executive you would be responsible for achieving targeted business
deliverables for Tendering, Order Intake, Managing Strategic Alliances and
managing effective pre & post order responses for products in LE umbrella. You
will be permanently based in Nasik or allocated area and taking care of the
business as decided from time to time and reporting to the Sales and Tendering
Manager. You will be responsible for business and tendering based in Nasik in
line with sales budgets and aligned with the organizational objectives.

Key Accountabilities

* Achieve assigned sales targets as decided time to time.
* Undertake tendering activities.
* Map potential customers and identify new streams / Markets and market
segments to generate business.
* Actively promote new products and assist in vendor approvals for the same in
identified potential utilities.
* Identify and allocate potential channel partners/ distributors for increased
channels to the market.
* Conduct seminars/Trainings at customer end for product promotion.




* Support Head sales and tendering to make strategic plans in line with LE
objectives.
* Support LE group for marketing activities
* Support and participate in events and exhibitions for brand promotion
* Ability to work independently and deliver results.
* Has a positive approach, and cares about delivering the right result
* Keeps up to date with best practice in the industry.
* Uses analysis, experience, logical & creative methods to solve problems.
* Excellent command of spreadsheet and project planning tools.
* Willingness and ability to work co-operatively and supportively with
colleagues

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

* Engineer with a degree in Electrical engineering with 5-8 years of experience
in tendering, sales of medium voltage switchgear.
