We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead to architect and build a next-generation internal technology platform from the ground up. This is not a conventional product ownership role—the ideal candidate combines deep software engineering expertise, database architecture knowledge, product thinking, and technical leadership to create scalable systems that will support long-term business growth.
In this role, you will define the technical vision, establish engineering best practices, and lead the development of mission-critical platforms spanning customer management, operational workflows, data infrastructure, and AI-ready systems. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into robust technical solutions while building and mentoring a high-performing engineering team.
Key Responsibilities




Design and own the long-term system architecture and technology roadmap for internal platforms.
Build scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure designed for future growth.
Translate business requirements into well-architected technical solutions.
Collaborate with product and business teams during product requirement definition and technical validation.
Lead the engineering team by defining development standards, code quality practices, and hiring strategies.
Design and implement up-to-date data platforms capable of supporting analytics, AI, and machine learning workloads.
Develop scalable APIs, backend services, and platform components that enable seamless integration across systems.
Establish security best practices, access controls, compliance standards, and disaster recovery mechanisms.
Drive engineering excellence through architecture reviews, mentoring, and continuous process improvements.
