JD - Card Dispute Management

To manage the client expectations, by proactively engaging in calls/discussions to understand the process requirement, planning out the work allocation plan, ensure timely completion and submission of tasks.

Typical Job Duties:

Senior Leadership Role with 15 - 25 years of Exp in BFSI Industry with relevant experience in Operations/Delivery/Consulting
Should be having the TL Exp, should be management 100 + team members.
Subject Matter Expert with extensive industry knowledge on Cards Domain
Ideally should have managed cards Disputes operations in a bank or BPO for 15 -25 years thus have a solid understanding of Disputes rules of schemes ( e.g. MasterCard , VISA etc.) along with experience in Acquirer (Merchant) On-boarding and Servicing activities

Should be able to work independently and drive the team to achieve desired result.
Excellent Communication and Presentation skills

Responsible for overall engagement and management of the projects
