Primary Responsibilities

Planned and conducted requirements elicitation meetings with the business to collect functional and non-functional requirements relating to client's Salesforce technology enhancement and initiatives
Conducted brainstorming sessions with the development team to actively involve them during the requirements stage level analysis
Worked towards preparation of requirements management plan, business and functional requirement documents




Created data flow diagrams and process flow diagrams to facilitate better system understanding
Follow project plans for executing projects using Agile as well as Waterfall
Methodologies to ensure the project are delivered on time and beyond customer expectations
Utilize data science techniques and tools to analyze, interpret, and draw insights from large datasets
Develop predictive models and algorithms to solve complex business problems
Implement and maintain data pipelines using SSIS
Work with Salesforce Einstein and GPT to enhance customer experience and drive sales effectiveness
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and evaluate data-driven solutions
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in data science, Python programming, and Salesforce technologies
Document the various project artifacts to ensure that these are following best practices and are delivered to the customer on time
