This role keeps the Daxko marketing team running. You'll own the operational
backbone of a distributed marketing team, managing the events calendar,
coordinating cross-functional projects, and making sure the right things happen
at the right time. If you're someone who spots gaps before they become problems

What you'll do
* Own the marketing team calendar, including recurring meetings,
cross-functional syncs, and stakeholder check-ins; prepare agendas, capture
notes, and close out action items
* Coordinate event program execution across the events portfolio, tracking
milestones in Asana and following up cross-functionally to keep deliverables
on schedule
* Maintain the master events calendar, keeping dates, venues, registration
links, and key deadlines current and accurate; flag conflicts and gaps before
they become issues
* Draft and schedule event-related social media content and attendee
communications (pre-event, day-of, and post-event) for US team review and
approval
* Support campaign execution with asset trafficking, QA checks, list pulls, and
platform tasks as directed
* Keep marketing team resources organized and accessible, including shared
drives, templates, and process documentation
* Use AI tools to support content drafting, segmentation, and reporting prep,
and begin building familiarity with campaign performance metrics
What you'll bring
* Strong organizational skills with a proactive approach to deadline tracking
and cross-functional follow-up
* Clear written communication in English, with the ability to draft copy for
both internal and external audiences
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel or Google Sheets, and at least one
project management tool
* Comfort working independently in a remote, async-first workplace, with
availability during US Central morning hours for live check-ins
