Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end planning and execution of industry events, trade shows, and owned events/ workshops, including vendor coordination, event logistics and development of communication assets.
Work with creative agencies and external partners to develop marketing collaterals including brochures, presentations, videos, infographics, banners and digital assets.
Assist in drafting and coordinating social media content and maintain content calendar.
Coordinate photography and videography for projects, factory activities, customer visits and corporate events, including preparing shoot briefs and managing asset libraries.
Support communication initiatives for the BOS factory, including branding, content and any other communication requirement.
Manage development, procurement, and inventory of company merchandise and corporate gifts.
Support HR with communication materials and coordination for employee events, celebrations, and internal campaigns.
Assist in managing external agencies and vendors by coordinating deliverables,



following up on approvals and ensuring timely execution of marketing projects.
Required Skills & Experience
2-4 years of experience in executing marketing communications activities such as trade show support, content creation, corporate branding, and coordination with creative agencies and vendors
Proactive and dependable with strong attention to detail and willingness to take initiative
Robust teamwork and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across functions and regions
Good organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple activities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Basic understanding of social media content and platforms, especially LinkedIn
Proficiency in MS Office
Working knowledge of Adobe Suite is preferred
Experience in renewable energy, B2B, or manufacturing sectors is a plus (not mandatory)
