We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with 5–10 years of experience to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), including CMDB, and proven development skills in ServiceNow scripting and configuration.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop,



and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements.
Configure and customize core ITSM applications, including Incident, Change, Problem, and CMDB.
Develop and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, ACLs, and Client Scripts.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure platform stability, performance, and adherence to best practices.
Conduct unit testing, troubleshooting, and support for ServiceNow applications.
Document technical designs, configurations, and processes.

Required Skills & Experience:
4–10 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
ServiceNow Expertise: Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, particularly in ITSM modules.
Technical Proficiency: Robust knowledge of ServiceNow Development including: Business Rules, ACLs, Script Includes, Scripting (JavaScript Glide APIs).
