Octfis Techno LLP is looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and highly motivated Senior Sales Executive with proven experience in Software/SaaS Sales. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the complete B2B sales lifecycle, from lead generation and prospecting to product demonstrations, negotiations, and successful deal closure. The candidate should be confident in identifying new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, understanding customer requirements, and delivering tailored software solutions.
The role requires excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, along with a target-driven mindset. Candidates with experience in selling SaaS products, ERP, CRM, HRMS, or other business software solutions will be given preference. The ability to consistently achieve sales targets, manage client accounts, and contribute to the company's business growth is essential.

Requirements

2–3+ years of experience in IT Software Sales or SaaS Sales.
Strong understanding of the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.




Experience in handling cold calling, lead follow-ups, client interactions, and sales conversions.
Ability to understand customer requirements and explain software products effectively.
Experience in conducting online product demonstrations and presentations.
Willingness to visit clients for meetings and product demonstrations, if required.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Target-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales reporting is preferred.
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
Experience in selling ERP, CRM, HRMS, Accounting Software, SaaS Products, or other IT Solutions will be an added advantage.
