Responsibilities
Manage end to end recruitment for assigned position
Source candidates through through different recruitment channels
Screen resumes and conduct interviews
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Support onboarding and joining formalities
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring requirement




Conduct job fair and placement drives
Conduct training programmes and exit interviews
Training and development.

Skills Require
MBA in HR/PGDM with minimum 10 years in recruitment
Understanding of all HR activities
Good knowledge of head hunting technique
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and command over English.
Proficiency in computers.
Recruitment experience across different vertical
Assessing candidate quality and dissolving hiring challenges effectively
Experience in training and development.
Knowledge of Malayalam is mandator
