About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing and leading the full design process from ideation to production. You will draw recent designs and update our current designs. During the creation process, you will ensure that our designs meet all necessary design responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Develop, update,



and support CAD models and assemblies using CATIA V5.
Work on kinematic studies and mechanism-related design activities for seating systems.
Support PLM activities, including data management, design release support, and documentation updates.
Update and maintain Engineering Bill of Materials (EBOM) as per project and engineering requirements.
Apply GD&T; principles while preparing and reviewing engineering drawings.
Perform tolerance stack-up analysis using Excel sheets to validate fit, function, and assembly requirements.
Support design and development activities related to seat frame and mechanism architecture.
Coordinate with cross-functional engineering teams for design reviews, issue resolution, and project deliverables.
Assist in evaluating design feasibility considering materials, manufacturing processes, and safety regulation requirements.

BE Mechanical / Diploma in Mechanical
