Position Overview

The Sourcing, Contracting & Operations Manager supports two major areas of the business:

Sourcing & Contracting for SGS - leading the SGS procurement team, managing procurement activities, vendor negotiations, contract lifecycle management, and category strategy execution.
Operations & Administrative Support for U.S.



Business Units - coordinating workflows, documentation, reporting, and communication to ensure smooth operational execution.
Key leadership role in SGS, a part of the SGS Management Council.

This hybrid role requires strong procurement expertise, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate across global teams and time zones.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

50% - Sourcing & Contracting (SGS Support)

Manage and provide leadership to the SGS procurement team, including prioritizing work, overseeing performance, and ensuring alignment with procurement goals and business priorities.
Manage the full sourcing lifecycle for India operations, including supplier identification, RFP/RFI execution, bid evaluation, and negotiation.
Negotiate contracts for assets, outsourced services, hardware, software/Cloud, and professional services.
