Skills
12+ years of experience in UI UX development
Robust expertise in UI/UX and HMI (Human Machine Interface) architecture, design principles, and framework development.
Hands-on experience with at least one or more of the following technologies: Unity 3D / Unreal Engine, Qt Framework/ QML, OpenGL / OpenGL ES
Proficiency in C++, C#, and Object-Oriented Design principles.
Experience designing scalable, reusable, and modular UI component frameworks.
Strong understanding of graphics rendering pipelines, GPU optimization, shaders, animations, and visualization technologies.
Expertise in responsive UI development, multi-resolution adaptation, and cross-platform deployment.
Knowledge of embedded systems, Automotive HMI, Infotainment, Digital Cockpit good to have.
Experience integrating UI layers with backend services, middleware, APIs, and embedded software stacks.
Familiarity with Model-View-Controller (MVC), MVVM, and component-based architectures.
Understanding of real-time systems,



performance profiling, memory optimization, and startup optimization.
Experience with Linux, Android, Windows, or RTOS-based platforms.
Proficiency in Git, CI/CD pipelines, code review processes, and Agile development methodologies.
Knowledge of UI automation, usability testing, accessibility standards, and quality engineering practices

Responsibilities
Architecture & Framework Development
Define and own the architecture of enterprise-grade UI/UX/HMI frameworks for automotive products.
Design scalable, reusable, and configurable UI component libraries and platform services.
Drive framework evolution and technology roadmap for Unity, Unreal, Qt/QML, and OpenGL-based solutions.
Presales solutioning & Customer Engagement
Work with Business Development, and account teams for presales solutioning and RFP/RFI responses.
Engage with customers to understand business, UX, HMI, and technical requirements and
