We are looking for a Producer - Campaigns & Design to join our Branded Content team. The role involves translating creative briefs into visually engaging and execution-ready campaigns, presentations and creative deliverables for broadcast and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop campaign concepts and creative solutions based on client and editorial briefs.
● Convert briefs into execution-ready campaign plans and creative deliverables.
● Create pitch decks, presentations, proposal documents and creative mock-ups.
● Work closely with production, editorial, sales and design teams to execute campaigns.
● Ensure consistency in visual language, branding and presentation quality across deliverables.
● Research trends, references and creative approaches to strengthen campaign ideas where required.
● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of projects.
● Contribute to brainstorming sessions and campaign development.
Required Skills & Experience




● 2–5 years of experience in campaign planning, creative production, branded content or design-led roles.
● Strong design sensibility and visual communication skills.
● Valuable proficiency in Canva.
● Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
● Experience creating professional pitch decks and presentations.
● Ability to structure information into clear and visually engaging presentations.
● Understanding of typography, layouts, colour and presentation design principles.
● Keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills.
● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while working within deadlines.
● Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred
● Exposure to television, media, broadcast or digital content environments is an advantage.
● A portfolio showcasing presentations, campaign concepts or design-led work will be preferred.
