Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced professional with over 10 years of expertise in architectural projects. The ideal candidate will lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring excellence in design, technical coordination, execution, quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
As a significant portion of our projects are located in hilly and mountainous regions, the role requires hands-on experience in terrain-sensitive planning and execution. The candidate should possess strong knowledge of topography, grading, slope stabilization, retaining structures, drainage systems,



and construction methodologies for challenging sites.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead projects through all phases—from concept design, design development, technical documentation, and construction to project handover.
Ensure design intent is maintained throughout execution while meeting quality, budget, and schedule objectives.
Review and approve design deliverables, including drawings, BOQs, material specifications, and construction documentation.
Identify project risks and implement timely solutions to ensure smooth project delivery.
Lead, mentor, and manage multidisciplinary design teams.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, geotechnical, and specialist consultants to ensure seamless project integration.
Conduct regular site reviews to monitor quality, resolve technical issues,
