s.Drive & effectively implement major & key initiatives at Branch level in areas of market development, product launch & Sales operatio
n.Set sales forecast for the Accounts along with micro level planning (Existing & New partner planning, visibility plan, Demo activity plan & manpower wise deliverables
).Weekly review with team on all KPI’s to ensure service levels are achieved to trade partner and customer satisfaction. Regular coordination & collaboration must be there with Service tea
m.Ensure monitoring & delivering KPI’s of all In shop promoters & demonstrators along with BM
