Our mission is to help people move better, recover better, and live pain-free through physiotherapist-informed products and education.
Alongside our products, we're building one of India's largest communities of physiotherapists to learn, collaborate, and shape the future of preventive pain care. This role will work directly with the Founder's Office to help scale this vision.

About the Role
This isn't a conventional internship.

As a Founder's Office – Community & Growth Generalist, you'll work directly with the Founder's Office on high-impact initiatives focused on growing Betterhood's physiotherapy ecosystem.

From speaking with physiotherapists across the country to coordinating webinars, onboarding experts, building partnerships, and improving community engagement, you'll gain hands-on exposure to how startups build communities from the ground up.

What You Will Work On
Community Growth
Reach out to physiotherapists, colleges, and healthcare professionals to grow the Betterhood Physio Circle community.
Build meaningful relationships with experts, students, and institutions.
Identify partnership opportunities with colleges, associations, and healthcare organizations.
Outreach & Communication
Conduct outbound calls with physiotherapists, colleges, and partners.
Follow up with prospective members and webinar participants.
Coordinate onboarding conversations and maintain solid relationships.
Founder's Office Project
Work on strategic initiatives across community, partnerships, and growth.
Coordinate webinars, workshops, and online community activities.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Support execution of special projects as priorities evolve.
Operations & Execution
Maintain outreach trackers and community dashboards.
