Roles and Responsibilities
Content Management:
Check the status of received content.
Upload content to the server.
Verify the integrity of the content.
Book content as per the schedule.
Update the loading status of the content.
Prioritize the booking of content based on show timing and importance of ads.
Provide instructions to QTS for manual loading and share content links with engineers.
Scheduling and Qube Central Activities:
Enter composition and site details in Qube Central Activities.
Create schedules as per received orders, including proper entry of details such as start date, end date, and position of ads.
Modify or cancel schedules as per instructions from the Sales team.
Check each schedule for correctness against the theatre list.
Daily reconciliation of schedules and comparison with lists provided by the sales team.
Extract and upload databases for play
