Role Overview
As the Head of Human Resources, you will be responsible for shaping and driving Dhurin's people strategy as the organization continues to scale. You will work closely with leadership to build a high-performance culture, strengthen talent acquisition, drive employee engagement, and create systems that support both individual and organizational growth.
This is a strategic as well as hands-on role, requiring someone who can balance business priorities with employee development and culture building.

Responsibilities & Requirements
Experience: 6 to 10 years
Proven experience leading HR functions in a growing organization




Full-time MBA in Human Resources from a premier institution
Strong expertise in talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development
Experience in building scalable HR processes and people practices
Ability to partner with business leaders on workforce planning and organizational growth
Experience in designing learning, leadership development, and employee retention initiatives
Strong understanding of HR compliance, policies, and employee lifecycle management
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
Prior experience in consulting, technology, analytics, or knowledge services organizations is a plus
