The Prospect
We are looking for a highly analytical, growth-focused Performance Marketing Manager who has successfully scaled digital acquisition in a high-growth consumer internet business.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on numbers, understands customer acquisition economics, and has hands-on experience managing large-scale paid marketing campaigns across Google and Meta while optimizing key growth metrics such as CAC, ROAS,



LTV, CPL, and Conversion Rates.
You'll own the complete learner acquisition funnel—from campaign strategy to execution, experimentation, optimization, reporting, and revenue growth.

Location: Mumbai (Work from Office)
CTC: ₹8–12 LPA

What You'll Do
Own end-to-end performance marketing strategy and execution across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube & Performance Max), Meta Ads and other paid acquisition channels.
Drive learner acquisition while optimizing CAC, CPL, ROAS, Conversion Rate, Revenue and LTV.
Manage and optimize monthly advertising budgets of ₹1 Crore+ with maximum efficiency.
Analyze customer journeys, attribution models and marketing funnels to identify growth opportunities.
Execute audience segmentation, keyword research, bidding strategies, remarketing and campaign optimization.
Continuously improve landing pages, creatives and campaign messaging through A/B testi
