About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Associate to manage product listings, catalogue operations, and marketplace activities across leading e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating and maintaining product catalogues, ensuring listing accuracy, and supporting day-to-day marketplace operations

Key Responsibiliti
esCreate, upload, and manage product listings across marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa, Shopify, and brand website
s.Maintain accurate product catalogue data, including titles, descriptions, specifications, pricing, images, attributes, and keyword
s.Ensure listings comply with marketplace guidelines and quality standard
s.Coordinate with internal teams to onboard current products and update existing catalogue
s.Manage product categorization, variation creation (size, color, SKU mapping), and inventory update
s.Monitor listing health, resolve suppressed or inactive listings, and troubleshoot catalogue-related issue




s.Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure high-quality product images and conten
t.Track stock availability and coordinate with warehouse or supply chain teams to minimize stock-out
s.Prepare and maintain operational reports on listings, catalogue accuracy, inventory status, and marketplace performanc
e.Support promotional campaigns, pricing updates, and seasonal catalogue launche
