About the Role
We’re hiring an Engineering Manager / Senior Engineering Manager to lead high-performing full-stack teams delivering end-to-end product experiences across UI and backend services. Level will be determined based on candidate experience and impact, with an expectation of being ~20% hands-on (as needed) while scaling team execution.

What You’ll Do
Lead and grow engineering teams (~6–10 engineers per team; EM typically owns one team, Sr. EM may own multiple teams)
Drive end-to-end delivery from product discovery to production, ensuring predictable execution on scope, timelines, and quality
Partner with Product, Design, and Business stakeholders to translate goals into a clear roadmap and execution plan
Implement and continuously improve Agile practices to increase delivery cadence and transparency
Build and scale full-stack systems (UI applications, APIs, and microservices-based backend services)
Raise the bar on engineering excellence (code quality, testing, performance,



reliability, and operational readiness)
Use AI-assisted development tools to improve SDLC productivity while maintaining strong review, testing, and quality standards
Stay hands-on (~20%) for design reviews, critical problem solving, and key technical contributions

Must-Have
Experience in a product company / high-growth startup (mandatory)
Managed teams of 8–12 engineers
Delivered end-to-end full-stack capabilities (UI/mobile and backend services) in production
Backend experience with Java / Python / Go and microservices; hands-on in at least one backend stack
Active use of AI-assisted development tools across the SDLC (e.g., for code review support, test generation, and developer productivity)
Solid execution & stakeholder management
Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, Kubernetes
B.E./M.E./B.Tech/M.Tech from reputed institutions
