The Team You Will Be a Part Of

The Engineering team discovers, develops and evaluates recent product ideas, enhancements, or strategic product extensions, and translates research discoveries into usable and marketable products. Leads, plans and tracks all phases of the product life cycle, from inception to introduction into the marketplace.

Purpose

End-to-End Leader for the design quality projects for refrigerator right from the idea to the implementation
Tracking the quality matrix, make a yearly plan
Responsible for the long term quality planning
Collaboration with various functions to design & execute projects.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

Lead the Top Mount, Bottom mount and Single door Ref Design quality program
Having good knowledge of Refrigerator system
Generate and implement product design changes aimed at improving quality
Drive projects using product development process as the need through cross-functional team(s)
Ensure comprehensive scoping of projects/ ideas, planning to enable execution of agreed plans and ac
