Role: Operations Manager - Travel

What you'll do
Own the operational planning and execution of our journeys
Build and manage relationships across hotels, destination partners and on-ground operators
Oversee itineraries, bookings, logistics and departure readiness
Ensure every experience meets the standards we set for our members

What we're looking for
2-5 years of experience in outbound or group travel operations
Experience working with DMCs, hotels and travel partners
Robust organisational and stakeholder management skills
Calm under pressure with exceptional attention to detail
Someone who takes ownership and enjoys building from the ground up
