Designation – Marketing Executive
Location - Nyati Unitree, Yerwada.
Experience - 1 to 3 Years
Qualification - Bachelor's Degree

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end hoarding and outdoor marketing activities across project locations.
Coordinate with existing vendors and onboard new vendors for marketing and branding requirements.
Ensure timely execution, installation, and maintenance of hoardings and other promotional materials.
Handle printing, inventory, and distribution of brochures, standees, and marketing collaterals.
Coordinate with internal teams and site teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
Monitor vendor performance, negotiate quotations, and maintain vendor databases.
Conduct regular site visits to ensure branding guidelines and quality standards are maintained.




Track project timelines and ensure all marketing deliverables are executed within deadlines.
Maintain records of marketing expenses, vendor bills, and approvals.
Support the marketing team in executing campaigns, events, and promotional initiatives.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in marketing execution, vendor management, or outdoor advertising, preferably in the real estate industry.
Experience in hoarding management, vendor coordination, and site execution.
Good understanding of marketing collaterals, printing, and branding activities.
Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a rapid-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting.
