Job Description
We are looking for a experienced ServiceNow Performance Analytics Developer to design Performance Analytics solutions within the ServiceNow platform. You will have experience in creating dashboards, Measurements, and reports to support data-driven decision-making across IT and departments.
Key responsibilities:
Design and implement Performance Analytics solutions in ServiceNow.
You will develop meaningful Measurements, scorecards, and dashboards tailored to our needs.
Collaborate with partners to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
You will ensure data accuracy and integrity across analytics modules.




Optimize platform performance using best practices in scripting and asynchronous processing.
You will maintain existing analytics configurations and visualizations.
Provide training and documentation for end-users and administrators.
Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis (RCA) for analytics-related problems.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Qualifications:
B. Tech in Computer Science
Experience with ServiceNow Performance Reporting.
Experience with ServiceNow architecture and modules (ITSM, CMDB, etc.).
Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
Experience with data visualization and analytics principles.
Preferred Experience:
3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development.
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks.
