Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, onboard, train,
and manage a growing team of Sales Executives across Maharashtra; set individual and team targets, conduct regular coaching and performance reviews, and foster a results-driven, cooperative sales culture.
Channel Network Management: Own and expand the Super Stockist and Channel Partner ecosystem across Maharashtra — strengthen relationships with existing partners, negotiate contracts, and proactively identify, evaluate, and onboard new wholesalers, distributors, and key retailers.
Sales Execution & Performance Tracking: Set, monitor, and achieve monthly/quarterly primary sales targets aligned with brand priorities; analyse secondary sales data to uncover coverage gaps, low-stock zones, and growth opportunities across regions.
Market Intelligence & Strategy Input: Collect, synthesise, and report field-level insights on competition, pricing, SKU performance, and emerging consumer trends; use data to inform brand strategy, promotions, and new product develo
