Role Overview

As the Manager of Order Management at Swiss Beauty, you will own the entire order-to-

cash lifecycle for our Omni-channel operations. Your responsibility spans across D2C (native

website), multi-channel e-commerce marketplaces (Nykaa, Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart,

Purplle), and B2B general/up-to-date trade distribution networks. You will lead a dedicated





team to streamline order processing architecture, manage key vendor relations, eliminate

system discrepancies, Optimization of fulfilment and significantly reduce operational costs

like Return-to-Origin (RTO).

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Operations & Process Leadership

Design, implement, and optimize the end-to-end order fulfilment strategy across B2C and B2B streams to support aggressive brand scaling.

Establish, monitor, and enforce strict standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for order validation, Allocation and after fulfilment

processes.

Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing order management operations team.

Order receipt , identification of fulfilment gaps and resolve same

Delivery to Partners , capturing GRIN at partner warehouses.

Identification of discrepancy and its resolution with partner team.

Connect closely with KAM – Business team
