Hiring: Head – BESS Product Design

We are looking for an experienced Head – BESS Product Design to lead the end-to-end development of our next-generation Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) products.

Key Responsibilities:
Define product strategy and technology roadmap.
Lead end-to-end BESS product design, including battery systems, PCS integration, EMS, HVAC, fire protection, containers, and system architecture.
Drive cost optimization, value engineering, standardization, and design for manufacturing.
Manage product validation, testing, certifications, and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D;, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Projects, and Sales.




Build and mentor a high-performing multidisciplinary engineering team.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master's in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Energy Systems, or related discipline.
12+ years of engineering experience with significant expertise in BESS, renewable energy, power electronics, or battery systems.
Solid leadership experience in product development, system integration, and commercialization.
