Job Summary

Digitex Technologies is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment for Website Sales, Business Development, and Digital Marketing Sales roles. The ideal candidate should have experience in volume hiring, sourcing through multiple channels, and closing positions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for Website Sales Executives, Business Development Executives (BDEs), Team Leaders, and Digital Marketing Sales roles.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media platforms, employee referrals, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to evaluate communication skills, sales aptitude, and cultural fit.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
Negotiate salary packages, release offer letters, and ensure candidate joining.




Follow up with selected candidates during the notice period to minimize offer dropouts.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment MIS reports.
Work closely with department heads to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills

1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
Prior experience hiring Website Sales, BDE, Inside Sales, IT Sales, or Digital Marketing Sales professionals.
Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and social media recruitment.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
Good understanding of recruitment metrics and hiring processes.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment tracking tools.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
