JD :
Roles & Responsibilities :

Lead end-to-end test automation strategy, framework design, and implementation
Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Java, Selenium, and Playwright
Define automation best practices, coding standards, and review automation code
Collaborate with Developers, Product Owners, and DevOps teams to ensure quality at every stage
Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.)
Analyze test results, track defects, and ensure timely closure
Mentor and guide QA engineers on automation tools and methodologies
Participate in requirement reviews and provide testability feedback




Drive continuous improvement in test coverage, execution time, and reliability

Technical Skills
Strong proficiency in Java
Extensive experience with Selenium WebDriver
Hands-on experience with Playwright for modern web automation
Experience in TestNG / JUnit / Cucumber (BDD)
Robust understanding of automation framework design (Hybrid / POM)
API automation experience using Rest Assured / Playwright API
Experience with Git and version control systems
Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
Familiarity with SQL and basic database testing
Cross-browser and parallel test execution experience
