Role Overview
We are looking for a highly accomplished Principal Tech / Solutions Architect directly reporting to the Head of India Salesforce platform to serve as one of the technology leaders in our Salesforce practice in India. This role combines deep architectural expertise with organizational leadership, capability building, and thought leadership.




You will represent the India technology community, drive architectural excellence across programs, and expand a strong, future-ready Salesforce capability spanning Salesforce Core and Salesforce Industries (Vlocity).

Key Responsibilities

Technology Leadership & Representation
Act as the Principal Architect for Salesforce, representing the India community in the organization.
Define and drive the technology vision, standards, and roadmap for Salesforce capabilities across the organization along with counterparts in Poland and UK.
Serve as the final escalation point for complex architectural and delivery challenges in India.

Stakeholder & Client Engagement
Act as a trusted advisor to senior business and technology stakeholders.
Influence pre-sales, solutioning, and large deal pursuits with strong architectural direction.
