Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Desktop Support Engineer role based in the Greater Delhi Area. The Desktop Support Engineer will provide hands-on technical support for desktop computers, laptops, and peripherals,



including installation, configuration, and maintenance. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, supporting printers and network connectivity, and handling troubleshooting requests from internal users. The role will involve documenting support activities, maintaining asset records, and ensuring systems adhere to company standards and security policies. The engineer will collaborate with other IT team members to support bulk deployments, upgrades, and ongoing infrastructure projects.
Qualifications.
Technical Skills & Requirements
Strong knowledge of desktop computers and computer hardware, including installation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and hardware upgrades.
Hands-on experience in technical support and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, and end-user systems within a business or corporate workplace.
