Job Summary
As a Technical Recruiter, you will own the end-to-end hiring process for roles across engineering, product, data, and DevOps You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, develop effective sourcing strategies,



and build solid talent pipelines that support our rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for tech & product roles, from sourcing to offer acceptance and onboarding.
Partner with Engineering, Product, Data, and DevOps leaders to understand hiring priorities and workforce planning.
Source high-quality candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, employee referrals, networking, and headhunting.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate technical assessments and interview schedules with hiring teams.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and future hiring needs.
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Prepare and negotiate competitive offers and ensure a seamless experience until onboarding
Track recruitment metrics such as time-to
