About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing visual merchandising (VM) projects across domestic markets. This role involves both outsourced and in-house VM projects, ensuring the effective design, planning, and implementation of Jaquar Display Systems. The role will require coordination with dealers, vendors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality display solutions, adhering to brand standards. You will also manage site visits, oversee project inventory, and ensure the timely completion of VM projects.

Key Responsibilities:
•Manage outsourced & inhouse Jaquar Display System projects, ensuring layouts and designs meet approval requirements from dealers
•Oversee the finalization of project inventory and create 3D models and working drawings for execution
•Develop Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and track outsourced & inhouse project progress while managing any escalation issues
•Collaborate with dealers for layout approvals and ensure the finalization of required inventory for each site
•Prepare detailed 3D designs, working drawings, and BOQs,



coordinating project timelines and addressing any challenges
•Create layout and working drawings using AutoCAD to ensure exact project execution
•Use SketchUp for 3D modeling and design presentations
•Enhance project presentations using Photoshop for rendering visual elements
•Maintain strong relationships with vendors and dealers to ensure timely approval of layouts and designs
•Coordinate inventory management and ensure that project resources are optimized and tracked
•Identify and resolve project issues quickly, ensuring minimal disruption to timelines
•Manage communication between internal teams and external stakeholders for effective escalation management
Prepare detailed BOQ and cost estimates to support project budgeting and procurement planning
•Coordinate with design agencies to review, refine, and finalize layouts ensuring alignment with brand standards and project requirement
