About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution for Responsive AI - the AI foundation powering intelligent experiences across the platform.
AI Platform & Infrastructure - This role will work closely with ML engineers and data scientists to build and improve core AI capabilities across Responsive. Areas of focus include AI orchestration, retrieval and knowledge systems, agentic workflows, evaluation and monitoring, trust and governance, and AI-powered experiences.
Systems thinking and technical depth - This is not a traditional feature-focused PM role.



We are looking for someone who is comfortable operating in technical and ambiguous problem spaces, can think in systems and workflows, and can effectively partner with engineering teams to turn AI capabilities into scalable platform solutions.
Customer and field engagement - The role also requires close partnership with field teams and direct engagement with customers, especially in situations where deeper analysis is needed on AI behavior, output quality, trust, and underlying reasoning.
Team development and mentorship - In addition to driving product direction, this role will help mentor and grow a team of emerging AI PMs and product builders.
