The Candidate will be required to research & resolve ADM received for Global
Market. Should have good understanding of Travel Business in order to do root
cause analysis of the ADM's
The candidate should have good knowledge of various GDS displays and must be
able to analyze and interpret PNR and Fare Rules
Candidate will be required to follow-up with GDS & Airlines to transparent pending ADM
dispute
E2E Travel Process knowledge
