We are hiring an M&A; Associate to support strategic growth initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, investments, deal evaluation, financial modeling, due diligence, and post-merger integration.

Role Highlights
Identify and evaluate strategic growth opportunities aligned with long-term business goals.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence.
Support end-to-end deal execution from origination and negotiation to closure and integration.
Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Product, and Operations teams to drive successful transactions.
Prepare investment cases, strategic recommendations, and leadership presentations.

Ideal Candidate Profile
MBA from IIMs is mandatory; CFA qualification will be an added advantage.
2–3 years of relevant experience in corporate development, investment banking, management consulting, strategy, or M&A; roles.
Robust financial modeling, valuation, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
Experience in IT services or technology sectors is preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
