Role Summary We are looking for a domain-expert Senior Data Analyst to join our Debt Collections product team. In this role, you will be the strategic link between raw data and actionable business insights. You will collaborate closely with Data Engineers and Dashboard Developers to build and enhance sophisticated analytics products that track recovery rates, agent performance, and portfolio health. Your expertise in loan lifecycles will be critical in driving market value and optimizing collection strategies.
Key Responsibilities
● Product Evolution: Lead the functional design of current dashboard products, moving beyond simple metrics to predictive and prescriptive recovery insights.
● Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary consultant for Dashboard Developers, translating complex business requirements into clear technical logic and KPIs.
● Recovery Analytics:



Analyze debt collection funnels to identify bottlenecks in the recovery process and recommend data-driven strategies for increasing "Promise to Pay" (PTP) ratios.
● Dashboard Enhancement: Continuously audit and improve existing dashboards to ensure they provide high business value and reflect current market trends.
● Data Integrity & Logic: Work with Data Engineers to ensure the underlying data structures (SQL views/tables) accurately reflect loan statuses, delinquency buckets, and write-off logic.
● Advanced Reporting: Develop complex SQL queries and data models to support ad-hoc analysis for senior management and regulatory requirements.

Required Technical Skills
● Data Manipulation: Expert-level SQL (Window functions, CTEs, complex joins) is a must.
● Visualization Strategy: Deep experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker - not just building charts, but designing intuitive UI/UX for business users.
