Job Description
We're looking for a dynamic and empathetic People & Culture Executive to join our growing team in Chennai, India. In this role, you'll be instrumental in shaping our organizational culture, driving employee engagement, and building a workplace where every team member feels valued and supported.



You'll work collaboratively across departments to create meaningful people initiatives that align with our company vision while ensuring compliance with Indian labor laws and regulations. Develop, implement, and manage employee engagement and culture programs that promote a positive workplace workplace and strengthen organizational values
Support the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding of new employees
Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance discussions, and disciplinary processes with transparency and empathy
Administer and optimize HR information systems (HRIS) and employee databases to ensure accurate record-keeping and data integrity
