Job Purpose
Responsible for driving end-to-end talent acquisition for the Cloud & AI Business while acting as a strategic HR partner to business leaders. The role will focus on building a solid talent pipeline for niche technology skills across Cloud, AI, Data Center, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, Platform Engineering, GPU Infrastructure, and Managed Services. Additionally, the incumbent will support employee lifecycle, engagement, performance management, and workforce planning initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition

Strategic Hiring & Workforce Planning
Partner with business leaders to forecast manpower requirements and develop hiring plans aligned with business growth objectives.
Drive hiring for critical technology, sales, delivery, and support roles across the Cloud & AI ecosystem.
Develop talent acquisition strategies for niche and hard-to-hire skills.
Create annual hiring roadmaps and workforce plans.

End-to-End Recruitment
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.




Source candidates through multiple channels including direct sourcing, employee referrals, job portals, social media, agencies, and campus hiring.
Conduct preliminary assessments and coordinate technical and leadership interviews.
Drive offer management, salary negotiations, candidate engagement, and joining conversion.
Ensure superior candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Leadership & Niche Hiring
Lead hiring for senior management and specialized technology positions.
Build talent pipelines for AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data Center Operations, GPU Infrastructure, Platform Engineering, DevOps, and Enterprise Sales.
Develop market intelligence on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and competitor hiring trends.

HR Business Partnering

Employee Engagement & Retention
Partner with managers to enhance employee experience and engagement.
Support retention initiatives for critical and high-potential employees.
