Regional Manager Commercial

Experience required:
Should have at least 5-8 years of experience of having headed a zone in a reputed organization. Should have handled AR/AP/GST/Credit control/ Scheme / pricing / Product contribution / SAP System knowledge SCM Business partnering &other; applicable Regional Compliance with a Very good AI EXCEL KNOWLEDGE
Sound Leadership qualities, Ability to inspire team and act as a role model for the team based on technical expertise and way of practically handling each situation, thorough system / accounting knowledge, ability to handle outside agencies including Govt. agencies, ability to seamlessly navigate with cross functions like Sales, Supply Chain, legal, vendors, service providers, should have a good analytical / audit skill.

Role Description:
Responsible for Commercial, Accounts, Legal related operations including coordination with HO legal team, statutory/ internal auditors, ensure timely submission for MIS for the zone for management decision making.
Good communication, drafting,



administration and analytical skills and able to administrate multiple branches.
Drive the entire team towards cost control for significant of all controllable costs and periodical reviews with actual vs budget etc. Valuable inputs to reducing the cost with alternative methods. Conducting the internal commercial team meetings to keep good control over the commercial operations; motivate further improvements in efficiency level of each employee. Updating the branch functions for all recent employees.
Periodical discussions with Sales Team and zonal commercial team with actual vs budgeted percentages for each scheme wise.
Regular visits to branches for review and resolve accounting, legal, critical issues. Meetings with Zonal Managers, Regional Managers, Branch Mangers for all divisions to resolve the critical issues like overdue outstanding, customer billing blockage, sending dunning / legal notices etc. Regular updating to national departmental hea
