What You'll Do:

Strong development experience in: Java
Hands-on experience with:
GitHub Copilot, Codex, Cursor, Claude Code
Strong understanding of:
Prompt engineering (zero-shot, few-shot, CoT)
SDLC/PDLC processes with AI integration

Expertise You'll Bring:

Solid proficiency in AI assisted development using tools like Copilot, Codex, Cursor, Claude Code.
Responsible for driving effective adoption of AI tools across the team and SDLC, delivering measurable productivity gains.
Monitor quality of AI-generated outputs (code, test cases, documentation)
